PhoneBeagle Cell Phone Monitoring Software and Web Account

PhoneBeagle has two main components – software installed on the phone (Phone Application), and a web-based user interface (Web Application).

PhoneBeagle captures events that occur on Android and BlackBerry smartphones. These events, such as phone location, call logs, MMS Multi-Media Messages, and SMS Text-Messages are captured as they occur, stored on the phone, and uploaded to a web account database on a regular pre-defined schedule. Events are stored in the database and can be viewed and printed using a web browser – Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.

Nothing is installed on a computer, but files can be saved to the computer.

Multiple phone accounts (family plan) can be linked together so that all accounts are available from within the same login and user interface.

GPS, CellID, Triangulation - location tracking depends on phone, network service and satellite availability. Buildings and even heavy cloud cover can prevent GPS information from getting collected on the phone. When GPS isn't available PhoneBeagle automatically uses alternative location information provided by the phone to approximate location. For phone models without built-in GPS, network-based location will be used; and speed calculation is not possible.

Retrieve the details of incoming and outgoing calls including when and who based on the name stored in the phone address book. Call activity and events are stored in a log file and kept safe even when individual messages are deleted. Call history includes accurate call duration of each call.

Review visited websites and searches made from the phone.

All data is stored on the device in an encoded format and uploaded to the server over an encrypted connection. The data is stored encoded in the database. The data is only decoded after it has been downloaded into the customers' browser (only when viewed by the customer). No data is decoded until it arrives on the customer's computer. Encoded means the data is not human readable. The PhoneBeagle data warehouse is very secure. On the Phone, During Updates and on the Web Account - your information is protected.
