Agile Approach to Software Development

The "Agile Approach" is a recently popularized family of technical methodologies. It combines technical innovation with the practical side of delivering what people need and want. The approach focuses development teams on business objectives that are in turn translated into technical features all while having ongoing interactions with the Project Sponsor(s) (people who understand the business objectives of the project). Software created like this is built “iteratively” (in small phases). Each step addresses a specific usefulness and eventually a very solid and practical product is produced.
